This series offers a cost-effective alternative to trunnion-mounted ball valve technology, providing reliable performance in demanding environments, including the oil and gas industry, offshore drilling platforms, petrochemical facilities, and power generation plants.
 
28 Series:
 
  • Sizes up to and including 2″ (DN50) operate under full Class 2500 differential pressure, delivering smooth and trouble-free performance.
  • For sizes 2½” (DN65) and above, the 28 series features hybrid seats that manage differential pressures up to 255 bar (3700 psi).
27 Series:
 
  • This series provides a cost-effective option compared to the 28 series.
  • Sizes up to and including 2″ (DN50) function under full Class 2500 differential pressure.
  • For sizes 2½” (DN65) and above, the 27 series handles differential pressures up to 70 bar (1015 psi).
24 Series:
 
  • Part of the NTVAL high-pressure instrumentation line, this two-piece design is available in sizes up to 1½” (DN40).
  • The 24 series is engineered for shutoff against full differential pressure of 414 bar (6000 psi).
  • Certified by DNV, it has successfully passed burst testing and fire-safe testing in accordance with API 607 and ISO 10497 standards.
  • Typically, the valve is manually operated, with automation options available upon request.
Pressure-containing components comply with ASME B16.34 standards for wall thickness. The design has passed burst testing under DNV rules, withstanding four times the pressure rating for five minutes.
 
A one-size-up stem, crafted from high-tensile material, meets ASME B16.34 and API 6D requirements, offering a significant safety margin during operation. The hybrid seat design, consisting of a metal housing and a polymer insert machined as a single unit, delivers higher seat stiffness and bubble-tight shutoff (Rate A), along with lower operating torque compared to equivalent valve solutions.
