  3. Carry out inspections at different stages: initial checks, routine checks, and a final review.
  4. Look for any scratches or damage during the appearance inspection.
  5. Verify the steel seal is correctly marked with the processing code.
  6. Check the welding process to see if it meets the required standards.

  8. Inspect how the workpieces are stacked to confirm they are well-protected and free from rust.
Assembly Inspection
  1. Review the general assembly drawing and assembly technology.
  2. Check the working procedure flow card and material requisition.
  3. Inspect the cleanliness and rust prevention of the assemblies.
  4. Conduct an appearance inspection of the assembly parts.
  5. Verify the material and identification of the assembly parts.
  6. Perform the first inspection of the finished assembly and check its dimensions.

  8. Inspect the steel seal for the correct processing code.
  9. Check the product’s serial number for accuracy.
  10. Review the assembly record for completeness and accuracy.
Whole Machine Performance Test
  1. Inspect the qualification of the test operation personnel.
  2. Review the test instructions, including the assembly inspection sheet and working procedure flow card.
  3. Consult relevant standards and work instructions for the testing procedure.
  4. Record the product’s serial number and furnace number.
  5. Conduct the whole machine performance test, including checking shell strength, sealing, and torque.
  6. Inspect the product’s identification status, such as qualified products or reworks.
  7. Check the steel seal for the correct test code.
  8. Perform a lumen check to inspect the product’s internal cavity, ensuring no effusion or rust is present.
